Remember at one of the GTG's when you sat in my old Comfortline? Must have been like sitting on a big fluffy beanbag compared to your's haha.

Fortunately the GTI seats are a lot more supportive.

Your right there Frenchie. This is a brilliant car. ADR needs to get the approval for the Wiesmann in soon. Its taking ages... The engine is the new BMW high revving V8 and the car is lighter than the M3, weighing only at 1320kg. The 0-100km sprint is 4.2 seconds tested. The exhaust sound is better than the M3 V8 as well. This car is hand built through and through... What a car.

Ah Jig that is the steering wheel I was looking at for my MKV. It's tiny and it's made my RAID + it has an airbag + paddle shifters too!

Tasty buckets!

Nothing quite like being connected to the car with a tight fitting bucket seat. Heaps of people that have sat in my cars hate bucket seats but I love them for both street use and track use. Yes they're hard to get into and even harder to get out of but they're meant to be tight. Get out on a track with a stock seat and you'll be sliding around (in your seat) all over the place!

LOOOOVE the alcantart trimmed wheel. I contacted a place here about doing that, but they were unable to help or advise me of someone who could help.

Really want a suede/alcantar/racing type wheel, and could go aftermarket, but then issues with no airbag etc.

Yes it would be, but you cant buy it. They dont make an Alcantara wheel, unless I buy an aftermarket OMP/Sparco one, which I would love, but issue of no airbag and insurance...Would be awesome for the track though,

Saad, how about an alacantra steering wheel cover for the weekend - and research your options afterwards?
Ask your mum or maybe someone who can do heavy duty sewing, to sew the cover tightly like the Pirelli style one above. :)
Just brainstorming some options for you.

I am wondering if there are any other VAG or even Porsche wheels, airbag capable, that you could get to fit and to work with an airbag?

Hopefully smaller and lighter so that Justin can get one, too, and sell me his DSG wheel. :p

Isn't this the interior when the R36 was still a concept? I like this interior better than the production R36 except for the white unless it was a White coloured R36. Good find Nath!

The gumball one really gets me going. I love hardcore race interiors sooo much. The one above with a cage but leather covered race seats, that gets me going too. I love the juxtaposition of mixing up both opposite ends. It's art!

^Nice but you really have to be fully showered, hands washed, cleaned and dusted everytime you get in that car! Make sure you also wash your jeans first time you buy it coz the color dye will mark those seats. I love the purple colour though.

100% agree this is a FA1L!
The steering wheel looks terrible, the stereo silver->brown buttons are odd and all the black plastic is unmolested.

You're not wrong mate, they would make the car.. Considering leather is $3,300 already another $2k for the recaro option is pretty good. Leather is easy to slide around in too..

How do you find yours?
