I was watching the game at the mrs house then ventured down to OKI stadium after it for the players to arrive. We polished a bottle of Blue label, Turkey and Jeigermeister before the game even started and the rest of the night is history...

Where were you?
Who were you going for?
Were you worried too?

Oh and if you go for the ROOSTERS - From last to second was a good effort so I wont take anything away from that..

1 final thing - Oh when the saints - Go marching in - Oh when the saints go marching iiiiinnnn... I want to be in that number - Oh when the saints go Marching in!!!

Good to see you made it home, eventually, Marc! I don't expect too many replies but it was pretty good to watch, until the St Bennies got to 14 pts in front, then it was one way traffic for the most part.

The Army helicopter and the honour roll was a surprisingly classy interlude on the televised version. The local pub we went to had a lot of quiet people and a few very happy, noisy Benny supporters, so I put that down to everyone being MIGHTY BEARS supporters and not caring too much who won - or maybe some there would have preferred a fairytale ending. ;)

Boys done good on both sides. High quality contest and good to watch until the last quarter. I think the Roosters can do it with a bit of luck.
How long has it been since an all-Sydney (not all-NSW) GF? Bloody long!

Watched the game, liked the first half and then dragons got their game on.. Boring game but congrats ...

would loved to see a Titans V Wests final instead of dragons V roosters.

Prince V Benji woulda been awesome to watch and would have been a lot more enjoyable for a Grand Final match. Dragons were too good and although I was going for Sydney as they were underdogs, nothing was going to take this away from the Dragons this season.

Looks like the term "chokers" have been put to rest.

In the speeches, Im surprised no one mentioned benny's name or even thanked him. He was the one that made it possible IMO and a little bit of humility and gratitude to the person who made it happen would have been nice. All they said was shit like "this has been a long time coming, thanks for your support bla bla bla". Im sure each player feels it deep down but even still....
