engine light issue

Hi all,

So I got the apr trial yesterday and I was having a great time with it until this morning. Didnt drive too hard and was just driving normally to work this morning and the engine light came on. The engine shudders when I accelerate and the engine light will always come on in 4th gear. Also not making the standard air sucking then woosh sound i get with my forge cai. Scaring the hell out of me because it was pissing down rain and I was in peak traffic on the m4. blown dv? what you guys think? Taking to the vendor this afternoon for followup.

Is there a huge drop in power? Does it struggle/shudder more when accelerating from standstil? Could be coilpack issue.

Yeh huge drop and shudders from standstill, get it up to about 70km and it seems ok. I rang the vendor where I got the trial and he did mention coilpack, what am I looking at to replace this do you know? cheers for the advice.

yep spot on was one of the coilpacks :)
