We have an opportunity to co-pilot and sponsor local Mk IV R32 for the upcoming time attack mid 2011. I'm looking for expressions of interest in getting another car and/or driver involved to represent the VAG community with some sponsorship from RamSpeed. http://www.worldtimeattack.com/
Please PM me if you have any interest in this. Also, looking for a group of 20 VW's (we have 4 already) to get involved and create own class at the local drag scene http://www.jamboree.com.au/index.php
Please let me know if interested, we need 20 cars for own class. All ages, and Mk's welcome for initial discussions.

Hi,
Are you talking about the Australian sports compact series put on by speedhunters?
I remember them trying last year to get there own class and couldn't.
Most people don't want to thrash there cars and won't enter..
I would enter if there where enough cars going.

If you want to convert my R32 to a Time Attack Car for the clubsprint challenge by all means!!

All things going well I know of 2 VR6's that will be attending Jamboree/Compak Attack.
A VR, GT35R, E85, 3L, R32 box etc looking to crack Lucas from Eurospeeds time in his A4.
And the guy who built the above cars' missus should be running a Mk3 R32.
All things coming together.
