Make no mistake, the majority of the hooligans that actually trashed the Bob Jane T-Mart are not "car enthusiasts" at all. They are committed anarchists who attached themselves to any group or cause that might provide them with the opportunity to commit mindless acts of vandalism. There are also those who, egged on by their mates, will join the fracas just to impress others.

The ones that need to be dealt with are those that rock up with hoods and masks to hide their identity. They don't just decide to smash windows on the spur of the moment. They know exactly what they're doing.

Lock em up and throw away the key. They're evil people. Bad to the bone.
