Swoit!
I used to be in a 3 piece rock band, we played pubs around Sydney and made up to $30/night  Our early stuff was recorded, the older stuff, which was great, unfortunately was never recorded. You can heard some of our early stuff (1993) here:

Yah that's me on guitar, me singing too (if you can call it that).
I'm a lefty so it's always harder for me to find nice guitars. I hate walking into guitar shops, all the nice ones are right handed. :(

Here's a pic of me on stage at the Iron Duke, 90's, Jackson Flying V (I've still got this one) flipped upside down (one of the few guitars you can easily flip).

My trusty Fender Strat. I still want an American one though. This one's Mexican.

A left handed acoustic I picked up at the junk markets and a right handed Jap strat for guests that come over and feel like having a jam.
My most recent purchase is this beast:
Ibanez RG Prestige RG2550ZL

Nice Justin! How old were you in that pic?
Also good to see you saw the Ibanez light.... :D mmm Japanese Ibanez guitars. Love 'em.
The only time the band I was in made money was when we did Harbour Cruises. We'd organise with another band, rent the Rock's Rhythm Boat and sell tickets. Man, those were fun times.

I'll never forget the time I really, really needed a drink....you know water. I was so dehydrated. So I looked out into the audience and saw a mate there, and motioned him for a drink. He came back with a vodka and orange for me. I thought it was an orange juice and threw that down... Needless to say I played the start of the next song 1/2 a step up. Digging The Grave by Faith No More... Lucky everyone was tipsy already by that stage. lol.

That's me in the back corner with the fluffy hair. Same concert where I got vodka and orange instead of just water or orange.
Justin, you seems to have a knack for collecting awesome stuffs. >D
I used to be in a Rock Band as well
Here's mine:

Haha i think i have played one of them as well Suga
Haha suga
;)
I don't have any recent pics of my guitar. It was given to me by my uncle when he was young. It would be a good 30 years old I think. Suzuki IW-50?
Its japanese, and built like a tank. Very solid, but still light. Nice balance and a good deep acoustic rumble (with new strings it would sounds great....its sounding a bit sad at the moment) I havent played for a long long time.

Cheers guys. I don't know though. I'd give up the Ibanez for a lovely genuine Strat any day.
Nice Justin! How old were you in that pic?
Don't remember, I'd say uni days, maybe 18/19?
And come on man, show us your gats! I know you've got some quality shots of them!

Nice, must have a nice tone. Should re-string it, make it shimmer :).

Nice! Natural guitars looks so beautiful. But where are the pics?

Here they are, hosting on imageshack at the moment (for some reason my site bandwidth's gone through the roof recently....and I'm nearly over for the month!).
First up, my pride and joy. Ibanez Jem 2kDNA, one of 300 made (#285), and each and every one with a unique swirl (same colours though). I ordered this one sight unseen, and believe me, I was worried. I had seen some others that were not to my taste.
But the day I got the phone call to say it had arrived was one of the best days I've ever had. Over the phone I told my guy to make sure no one opened the box, and that I wanted to do it. When I arrived and the box was brought out, a little crowd gathered to witness the unveiling of this thing.
With massive trepidation, I took the lid off the cardboard box, slipped the very heavy case out of the cardboard, twisted the locks, and opened slowly. "OOooh's", were heard... (maybe that was just me hearing myself though...).
We were greated with a plush purple lining, case candy, engraved certificate, and a guitar in a black sleeping bag.
Anxiously I pulled the guitar (in sleeping bag) out of the case, and ever so slowly took the sleeping bag off the guitar. I think I had a smile from here to timbucktoo. The guitar itself plays like butter, with 6105 frets, and fret ends to die for (rounded so nicely). The neck is so thin, and the Dimarzio Breed pickups are a perfect balance (for me anyway).
That was my 21st Birthday present that I bought for myself. I had been saving since the early 90's for the normal Jem (7vwh), but this opportunity came up, and I leaped without a second thought.

...and on my 25th Birthday I got to meet Steve Vai himself. The first thing he did when he came up to me was shake my hand and say, "Happy Birthday Wil!". I'll never forget that. His webmaster/photographer/big bully (7foot!!!)/Australian/friend knew me from the forums, and must've filled him in. Was an awesome feeling. My brain went to goo though.

Anyway, back on topic, this was my #1 back when I use to play in a band every weekend and rehearse twice a week. It still feels like home everytime I pick her up and play. It's a 90's model Ibanez RG570 made in Japan, with stock pickups, jumbo frets (with rounded ends), beautifully thin neck, action to die for (so very low), and flamed maple top.

Here's the guitar I play most often now. I've learnt to love the control I have over vibrato with a fixed bridge... Plus it's just always in tune. This is another Japanese made Ibanez. An RG421, with basswood body, wizard 2 neck (thicker than my others), again very low action, and customised with zebra set of Dimarzio Evolution pickups in the neck and bridge positions, as well as a custom scratch plate that I had made in order to delete the pickup rings. Knobs are also not stock knobs.
This is the guitar I'll grab when I want to just play.

Everyone needs a weirdly shaped guitar, and this is mine. I grew up listening to Poison, I use to love C.C. Deville's metallic pinky red BC Rich Warlock. When I went looking for one, I couldn't afford it, nor could I wait...I was impatient. SO, someone showed me this, and my wallet got lighter. Yes, it's a Korean made Samick. Cheap. BUT, it doesn't play half bad. Tone is good. The main problem with it is it's neck heavy (w/ strap), so it always wants to drop the neck down, and when you sit with it that top horn bruises your chest.

...and my electric acoustic. The guitar that stopped me from buying a Taylor. I played an $8k Taylor, and this guitar which was half the cost, side by side. Yes, the Taylor looked a bit prettier, but it did NOT sound better. I like my acoustic's to shimmer, and have definition to die for whilst playing open chords. The guitar I bought had these qualities. It's an amazing sounding thing.
Seagull Artist Series Cameo, hand made in La Petrie Canada. The rear and sides are flamed maple and beautiful to look at. Very 3 dimensional. I'll have to take a photo at some point. Anyway, here it is:
