Cars that have been modified this much are always super hard to sell but rest assured the right buyer is out there Anth. I don't mean to offend in any way, shape or form, but I'd at least like to be the first to make you a dead serious offer of $40k. Let the bidding begin?!

This should be interesting ! popcorn ready.
Does the car come with a lifetime supply of Adult Nappies?
Passengers of this car will need them.

Serious question, does it have any warranty?

What parts do you expect VW to warrant? It's a highly modified car with no expense spared. You've got to pay to play and there are always risks involve. Be it a car you've modified yourself, or once you're already buying modified. You can't have your cake and eat it to.
I imagine if you haven't got a minimum of ~$70k, this car won't be yours. From all I've heard that have had a ride in this thing, it's one wicked, yet amazingly refined. Good luck with the sale Anthony. Whoever buys it is going to have perma-grin for months.
I never stated just VW, im asking what has warranty, be if from the aftermarket parts manufacturer, the tuning shop that did the work or by VW.
So how about let anthony answer the question?

Scotty: In Anthony's 1st post he clearly states that if you have any questions, send him a PM.
I can see both your points. It's a valid question if you're a serious buyer I suppose (albeit a very vague initial question Scotty).
Personally I've owned, modified and sold a lot of cars. Not once did I ever sell a car with a warranty, never once did I expect my mechanic/s to give me a warranty for the work done. I know some parts (coilovers for example) if bought locally, have warranty against defects but I'm also pretty sure the warranty cannot be passed on to the next owner.

i wouldn't waste your time trying to sell it on a forum ap. offer it to john bowe or one of the judges from the hot tuner challenge or even see if city performance would like to buy it.

That's true but a very low ball offer don't you think.. It's worth more than that as the kit alone would have cost that much. The car has some great factory options as well but as you say - to the right buyer/enthousiast.
(May help to list the options Anthony, wasn't the car spec'd pretty well from the factory?).
New project should be awesome!!

Yeah that's fair enough, just thought posting the offer could detract from the sale a bit but an offer is an offer.
You'd be lucky to the the car for that much if it was stock (doesn't it have roof, nav, recaros)?
