Bought a 2008 Golf GTi recently..... only had 38,000km on the clock and was very well looked after. DSG, Leather, Sunroof, ECU Remap, R32 wheels.

Hi mate,

I didn't like them, they stuck out a bit too much for my liking.
I'm keeping them in the glovebox, at a later stage if I need to put them back on I can.

I bought mine as a demo model from QLD.
It wouldn't have shown up in the VW system as it wasn't a brand new one. I was just lucky at the time to snatch it up. They are deifnitely rare with a sunroof. Makes me appreciate mine all that much more

Thanks mate - yep - I prefer the look too. Neuspeed did a limited edition run of all black wheels which I thought looked better but I ordered mine just before they came out. Amazing how much difference the silver rim makes to the appearance.
