Don't think prices are out yet OSIRs site still says coming in summer 2010 sadly

If the mk5 prices are anything then rear will be around $500ish, front around $400ish bonnet will be over $1k and skirts around $350ish

Man the black carbon on black look really cool. I was considering a while back to wrap my bonnet in carbon wrap cos of the stone chips etc - I think Ill def do it now, but get it done at RamSpeed as they use a very high aulity and thick wrap. I might just get some of the cheaper $70 per metre wrap I used for the front bit first though, to see how it looks

However, got a quote for $1380 to do the bonnet, b pillars and the fron v section, it might just be worth getting a real CF bonnet from OSIR or QS Concept, and then film for the front to match, or the OSIR mask. Probbaly lose a fair bit of weight too!

Yeah it is expensive. I think the film they use is quite pricey. Thing is, wrapping a bonnet isn't hard, I could dot it myself, just need to find a good, thick, glossy film.

Don't know i seen glossy wrap on google etc.. The dry stuff just kinda looks average where the OSIR gloss stuff looks awesome.

This is crazy guys, spending $1380 to make your steel bonnet look like CF. If you want a CF bonnet, get one. I just wouldn't want to be in the car should you have an accident. CF shards are not the easiest things to remove from flesh.

Yeah it took ages all I bought was the dead pedal and CF shifter surround their site says they're both out of stock still last time I checked have a look at the osir site. That being said they may supply Ian before others as a preferredd supplier

How have you found the carbon DSG surround Nath? Is it sticking flush or does it tend to rise a little?

Jay the surround is good but unused the adhesive that OSIR sells didn't trust the tape to hold it down.

Finally the mk6 mods are out, hmm what to do what to do!
