Yep, keep changing my mind. Imported these from the UK as I couldn't find a set here with the right sizings and offset, then plans changed.

Lots of lookers, no money has changed hands yet. They'll be off the car tomorrow, cleaned up and good to go.

You can't get the "real" ones in that offset. Given that the originals were an Audi fitment name an outrageous figure per wheel.
Safe to say, you would get all 4 of these for around the same price as you'd pay for one from Audi. :-)

I had them on my R32 (Same offsets apply) with no issues, but I'm sure some unbiased members would be happy to make a comment.

I'm no expert but should be ok as long as you're not lowered (or not lowered by too much, otherwise may be worth getting the guards rolled).
