Definitely a worthwhile upgrade IMO! I did a bit research into sourcing these brakes from overseas so PM me of you like parts list etc. but was very fortunate to buy them off AP Mitchell complete. Right down to the last bolt! I upgraded the stock brake pads to Hawk, Stainless Steel lines Front and Rear and Racing Fluid.
Just a note though that R32 brakes are heavy! You will be adding nearly 5kg on each corner at the front plus 2.35kgs at the rear. I measured every part I took off and put on. So make sure you have a bit of mambo under the bonnet already :-)
To be honest though I didn't notice any change to steering and I rate it as my second favourite upgrade next to an engine flash!

Appreciate the info mate. I've got STG 1 APR on the Pirelli at the moment. Should be ok.
Makes me wonder if the HPA SHS coilovers are lighter than stock. I know you have them installed.
Just ordered the Carbonio intake as well. So that should help.

What brand are the SS lines? And where did you source them from? There are some available from ECS but wanted to check to get a good set.

They are Goodridge G Stop which seems to be the benchmark. You can get them from ECS Tuning but ring around for local pricing. I had mine sourced from the guys who installed my brakes in Sydney called V-Sport.

I looked at Autotech and WorldImpex when I was chasing an OEM BBK :)
Fronts - http://autotech.com/prod_brakes_frtbrakeconv.htm
Rears - http://autotech.com/prod_brakes_rrbrakeconv.htm
If you can be bothered, and have a complete parts list you can go to one of the US Parts vendors (like World Impex) for calipers and source your rotors locally through someone like DBA/RDA.
Hopefully you can save on shipping that way...
R32 rear DIY guide - http://worldimpex.com/assets/partdocuments/DIY_Rear_310mm_R32-1.pdf
Unfortunately I don't have the part numbers for the fronts, but for the Rears (minus rotors) and brake lines....
1K0 615 423 G caliper left BLUE POWDER COAT FINISH
1K0 615 424 G caliper right BLUE POWDER COAT FINISH
1k0 615 425 T carrier left BLUE POWDER COAT FINISH
1k0 615 426 H carrier right BLUE POWDER COAT FINISH
910 815 01 bolts (4x) – rear (carrier to hub) 14mm triple
square
5N0 615 611 E dust shield
5N0 615 612 E dust shield
WorldImpex.com wouldn't give me a shipping quote until I'd paid, as they didn't want to have to box it up if I wasn't going to buy.
they must have a killer stock management system that can't add up weights.
I wanted to do this rear upgrade to balance out the AP kit I had planned for the front, but plans change :)
Autotech's are grey, World Impex are blue - if you want red from the factory, you'll need to source them from a European parts vendor as the same brakes are used on some of the Seat Leon Cupra R models.
The poms are nuts about upgrading their brakes - I'd suggest browsing this forum for brakes for sale...
