Another R8 to the estate haha..... This one has CF goodies :P

its now up to exotic car count:

2 R8's
2 Lexus IS300
1 Mustang GT500 Limited Edition
1 BMW M5
1 BMW M3
1 Audi A5
1 Audi A8
1 E55 AMG

Pretty good for a 9 house private estate :P haha

Need My dad to hurry up and get one now haha

If you look carefully you can see my golf in the background :P

And the little white dot on the rear screen is my VWGOLF.net.au sticker :P haha

Anyone here ever heard of townhouses? Private property with a number of dwellings. If they are not fully detached, they are townhouses.
If they are spread out and therefore fully detached, they are a private estate.

This would appear to be a deluxe version of this scenario. Unless you also have some nice facilities. Then I'd be tempted to call it a resort. :)

So what does your family do? Uncles and aunties living on the estate? Very interesting and cool idea, I like it! Although depends on whether you like your family or not. In places like pakistan, its common for a building to be occupied by one extended family, so growing up you would have all your cousins with you, and lots of anyties and uncles, and old ppl too to tell you stories and so forth.

So i take it that those cars aren't all yours......rather there are certain cars belonging to each house?

If that's the case, no matter how close your family is with the other families, would they really let a 20 year old drive their R8? cuz u said u might bring it down to another cruise? it'd be awesome if u did, but personally If i owned the R8 or any other nice car there's no way I'd let my family friends 20 y.o son take my car out ?

we are all very close :P And i help one of the guys drive a Decked out Hummer H2 as a job. Like a limo driver formal higher etc.

If i crashed i would be able to afford to fix it so no biggy to them :P haha

would so be worth it to drive :P

For $200K-$250k they represent great value for the V8 version.

Upping the ante to the $400k mark for the V10 version......the Gallardo is hard to resist :)

lol the title is very misleading! it is not your private estate, those cars' owners all live in the same private estate as you and your family.

But the r8 is very good, the guy a few houses down from me has one, and i always look out the window when he starts he engine or coming home

haha i know so fail lol. I originially planed to get the golf so i wouldn't mod it as i knew if i bought the gtr 34 i would go mental..

I put a set of RS4 reps on it cost me $1800 then i put the michelin pilot sports 2 on it. $600 EACH TYRE ! lol

my rims end up setting me back $4200 which i was going to stop with.

But when i get the apr stage 3 im gettign everything new, BBS CH, blistein pss10, AP Racing brakes etc etc.

One final slab and im done.

Ps: Im poor my rents are rich :P lol

I'm sure it will be fast enough, Guy mentioned there is is no APR stage 2 or K04 kit anymore so makes sense to be a grizzly bear. Labor cost shouldn't be that much more anyway and the K04 only gives a bit extra HP anyway from what i gather.

They haven't had a chance to install the kit on the MK6 yet.

[On the drive Thirroul-Sydney I didn't come across many exotics, unlike at your home. A new Ducti Monster with a youngish female rider was the most interesting!]
