Scirocco R would be cool, could be a bit more fun to drive than the Golf R.

Wouldnt mind importing one down the track (assuing they cost somewhere between a GTI and Golf R). Would be good to get a 2nd hand one if they aren't released here (lets face it they probably wont as they've been out for ages).

Yep, Im seriously thinking a scirocco will be my next car, once you can get the R 2ndhand in the UK. Or an E46 M3, or turboed R32, or 135, or 335...damn so many cars!

There'll be a dodgy way to bring a Scirocco over, pretending to live overseas for a year or something. If not, then Ill have to see how much duty etc all would be. By that stage the GTI would be a pure track car hopefully. Or get the scirocco as a pure track car. the 24 hour version is pure sex

this is my favourite. Sirocco is a damn good looking car. WHY vw doesn't want bring it to australia is beyond me, the only explanation i could think of is they don't want to ruin golf's reputation.

Hmm, I spotted this Rieger pic on another forum. Since so many people have MkV cars, it would be interesting to see something like this also made for MkV. A next step along the evolution of Thunderbunny & Golf R kits.

It's probably never going to happen (someone putting a kit like this onto a MkV) but since we've seen MkV -> Mk6 Golf R conversions, I suppose logic need not apply. ;)

ADV1 made a "replica" of the OEM wheels, first on the blue RS5 and now you can buy them via rs-quattro (the owner of the blue RS5). the ADV1 rotor wheels are forged and custom made :)
The wheels on the Scirocco are OEM Wheels, if I remember well, 20" Audi A6 Wheels

Lol what a jerk, if I could afford Ferrari wheels and brakes for my Rocco I would not have purchased a Rocco.

No different to putting Bentley, Porsche or Lambo wheels on a Golf. Or even top of the line Merc SL wheels for that matter.....
