I've owned this beautiful example of the classic MK5 GTI since 2009 and am the 3rd owner. It has been meticulously cared for both mechanically and cosmetically with no expense spared.

Fully optioned from factory:

19" wheels and tyres are brand new, only 2 weeks old!

- OEM VW R-Line LED rear tail lights with twin reverse lights
These lights are the same style as the Passat R36 LED rear lights, made to VW's high quality standards.

- 'White' Colour matched parkers, driving lights and number plate lights throughout
- Remote automatic hatch open from key


This car has been owned by mature owners its whole life, also has FULL service history from NEW, service books and spare key. Has also had its 60,000km service ($1500).

This car drives perfectly and smoothly including the silky DSG gearbox. It has been a pleasure to own and is a regretful sale due to an impending upgrade to a wagon.

Thanks Pradz! It was the most rushed shoot i've ever done, decided at 30mins before sunset to grab some shots for the internet and literally had to run back and forth between the camera and car changes the whole time, JUST made it before it went dark! :)

Congratulations on the sale. That was rather quick, though im not surprised. I hope whoever got this car knows how to restore it to its previous glory.

My wife hates this car, passionately. It's what started me modding my GTI. Always loved this car, especially when it had the oettinger rims and brembo's. Doesnt look quite the same with the Golf R wheels...

I would tell her, but... we agreed that we get to keep married as long as i never speak about, or show photo's of 'that car' again. It was actually my backdrop on my computer for awhile until i came home and found it defaced after buying the brembo's..... but thats another story.

I can understand that, the RXX's are a very nice rim. The MTM's i ended up with look similar but clear the brembo's without spacers. Hmnmm interesting keeping them for the next car eh? Well hang on.. they are 19 * 8.5" ET45 from memory... which means you are staying with VAG... and a wagon... Passat or an A4.... has to be.. what else could use those rims? :)
