VR6 Misfiring

does anybody know why my VR6 would be misfiring (only occasionally).
It has new plugs, coil pack (which has been heat wrapped) and leads.
HELP!

Since discovered it is cylinders 1 and 6 which are located at the very front of the coil pack, thinking its getting too hot?
