Hi guys,

I've ordered a CW Scirocco R with sunroof DSG on September, and I have received an email from VWA that my car is currently in production and will be in the sea by the end of this month :)

Hopefully the car will arrive before Xmas :D

Modification Plan :

1. bluefin stage1
2. Window tint & Tail light tint

Will keep you posted!

Big congrats!

Don't hold your breath - Dec is probably the worst month to get delivery, expect delays into Jan next year.
In the meantime, have a look at 10D's build thread to get some ideas on mods. Roc's look really sexy with drop and nice wheels.

call your dealer, since its getting close to the original advised delivery date!

i did, and called VWA as well last week, both told me no any update yet and have to call back few weeks time, damn

First car delivered is Barloworld Mascot as they are the number one dealer in Australia....

They have 15 on order so far....

Your Dealer should be able to check, track the shipping information and provided these info back to you!

It's a bit too optimistic for pre-xmas delivery.

I too received an email that my car is in production. I've been told that it will arrive sometime in January.

Yeah ETA is on January... but you'll never know. My friend bought an Audi S3 built in October and arrive in December even thought he was told that the car will arrive in January/February

We can only hope.. I know you are going to love it, as I can't stay out of mine even though it's super slow. lol

But you have to consider Audi Australia doesn't order anywhere near as many in Australia compared to VW. I'm guessing the production line only make a certain number of cars a day or week for Australia... hence the extended wait. I wonder with VW's pricing in Australia, how many more VWs are sold in Australia compared to say UK where S3 and Golf R = same price. 20 to 1?
