Night cruising - Sydney

anybody got suggestions on places/roads/locations to go for a drive/convoy?

would be also open to suggestions with nice large areas or scenery for some night photograph w/ the cars.

On the northside - meet at GTG Central, Thornleigh.
There is a very good Chinese restaurant at the Central Park complex across the road (Lee's).

Comenarra Parkway to Epping Rd aka Mona Vale Road;
Ryde Rd to Pittwater Rd, East Ryde/Marsfield/Hunters Hill;
Hunters Hill to Gladeville?

I am just thinking of a way to have a group drive along the Comenarra Parkway. :)

The Manly/Palm Beach run is always a good one, I do this at least once a month with some mates, nice long drive and some good roads - just gotta watch those painful speed cameras every 5 seconds on the north shore!

The national park can get a bit dodgy with the deers wandering out but if you go the old highway you can usually be ok...there's also the highway down and then a run down over the sea cliff bridge and back up bulli pass home

I would definitely be up for a cruise one night though :)

regularly do solo 3am night cruises up north and around sydney. really like doing the 5 bridges gladesville, birkenhead, harbour, anzac and spit, throw in wakehurst parkway, and the cbd through wiliam st and the cross heading out to vaucluse and watson's bay.

Love comenarra parkway! it is a great little drive, i used to go to school 10 minutes away from there and used to go to school early so i can go there everyday lol

I go to that malaysian place at thornleigh, it is not too bad, well i have been going there for like 15 years lol

I wish I had read this earlier, GTom and I had a cruise up the OPH. He was loving the road as he had never been on it before. You coulda joined us.

Also on the way back via the freeway we were passing people on either side. Woulda been cool to see 2 black GT's passing you in the dark. ;-)
