Thermogenics are pretty serious business mate. They only add the extra 5% on top of an already clean diet.

Why do I bother. I think everyone has the misconception about bodyweight. If you are say 70kg, would you rather lose 9 kilos and be 61kg just coz you can brag that you are 61kg or lose 5kg of fat and put on 5kg of muscle and still be at 70kg?

its always easy to lose a lot if u start at a lot. not so if ur already in shape.
fortunately, im not a tub of lard. altho, passing the mid 30's, ive found it harder to get extra fat off. then again, i dont train a lot of cardio specifically, nor do i lift weights..

Some people do not care about muscles. It all depends on what your goal is for weight loss.

There is nothing wrong with clenbuterol. In Australia we use Ventolin to treat asma in europe the use clenbuterol. Used properly is a heasp better drug.

The figures come from the Bureau of statistics. Which is a really good site if you become a member and learn how to cross reference information.

An overdose is unfortunatly taken as if you took too many and went to a hospital with an adverse reaction. you can overdose on water.

The bureau also disputes that "P" platers have more accidents. When crossreferenced with kilometres driven they are actually in the bottom group.
