Hello to everyone im new to this forum but ive owned my MK 4 R32 for a year and a half now so hello to everyone again. I was wondering if anyone could help me. Im after the R bonnet bra and also the front bar lip that you can get for the Mk4 R32 anyone know where i could get them ive searched but no luck :(

Do you mean the Seat Cupra lip? Quite a few Mk4 guys have it.

When you say a car bra for the R32, do you mean a specific one for the R32, or just a generic Mk4 Golf one?

You are porbably talking about the Cupra R front spoiler lip.

Fits all MK4 R32 and other models.
Installation requires modifications.

Yeah I had the Cupra lip on intially, but snapped when I ran over some crap laying on the road on the M5. I have a different lip on now which is a rubber seal they call the "home depot lip" from the states.
