Rallye Golf

I love how fat this little thing is (reminds me of a Lancia Delta which I love a lot).

I love special editions, especially when they make them fatter. GT-R's, Sti's and EVO's are fatter than the lower spec Skylines, Imprezas and Lancers. I wish VW pumped the guards of the R32 to make it wider and more aggressive.

Here's some background on this beasty:

In 1989, the Rallye Golf appeared as a rallye "homologation special". Distinguishable by its box-flared wheel arches and rectangular headlamps, this model featured Syncro four-wheel drive, and a G-supercharger version of the injected 8 valve 1.8 litre engine. 5,000 cars were built in Volkswagen's Brussels, Belgium plant, priced at about twice as much as a base Golf GTI. The Rallye Golf has 118Kw.
