Hi everyone, stumbled across the site via a for sale link from another forum so i thought id introduce myself ive been around a couple of the other vw forums so some may know me already, its good to see another hi quality forum out there for the Aussie vw scene.

My name is Andrew and I own a 1976 mk1 golf LS 2 door that went to paint January this year should see it back in a month or two anyways the car is under a complete transformation changing the entire look of the car which has come down to a full bare metal respray weld up unnecessary holes, clean skin engine bay etc..etc... and new everything, wheels, bumpers lights, rubbers etc..etc... the engine i was and still going to run was 2.0 9A 16v on K - Jet with a 50hp shot of nitrous, 5 speed with LSD, blah blah blah :)

Ive had the mk1 for a few years now has had some changes major over the time ive had it originally brought it with a 8v 1.8l, done suspension, brakes, wheels just the usual to upgrades for the mk1, here is a few pictures of what it used to look like before it was stripped the last picture is just before it left for paint.

thanks for the comments yeah you did read right nitrous is on board :>

And if you didn't see the last picture the car is in no state to be sold unless you want a roller, its about to be hit with colour so not for sale for a long while yet to much $$$$ at stake atm everything is brand new going back on the car brought at great expense :)
