Technical information on tyre pressures is BORING. But not in this video... Having the right tyre pressures helps you save fuel, makes your tyres last longer, and perform properly. Journalist and tarmac rally ace Samantha Stevens and drift racer Jake "Driftsquid" Jones explain where to find your car's tyre pressure recommendation, and why you should do it when the tyres are cold. And why you shouldn't have too many energy drinks while doing it. Enjoy!

Understand the bit about inflating tyres hot/cold (well I do now that i've seen the vid lol)

However when you have changed your wheels/tyres to a larger size than on the placard, what do you go by?

I'm running 19x8.5's and I always use 36-38. Should I be using higher?

Sorry, but that was boring.

Those pressures are fine for road stuff.

Still use the recommended tyre pressure found on the side wall
