I just had a look at this and it is amazing how social marketing is now at the forefront in so many places. Some of the bigger companies I deal with are all over this sort of thing and the PR nightmares that have been avoided by simply being aware of social marketing is amazing.

Full credit to VW on this one - great campaign with great demand gen!
