    Perfect morning for a paddle!

    Hey all,

This morning I took my kayak for an awesome paddle, I wasn't game on taking my EM5 so these are phone shots.

I started off around the back of Leisure Isle, hair-pinned around the point and onto the Knysna Heads. A lazy 2 hour round trip

    Hope you enjoy!

    Cheers, Don.

I'm feeling more relaxed just looking at those pics.

What a beautiful place, and what a great way to see it.
Your wooden kayak is spectacular too.

    Exactly what Martin said.

Beautiful pictures Don...the deep-blue water contrasting with the earthy wooden kayak looks amazing and the perspective put us in the boat with you.

    Thanks for sharing.

    Hey guys, thanks.
Unfortunately it was a bit rough to go through the heads, I'll give it a shot when I remember a life jacket.

This part of S.Africa reminds me a lot of WA actually. The coastal topography and flora is very similar to yours.

The tide was only about halfway in, so it was nice and shallow in parts of the sandbank

Those are some beautiful pics right there! They also make me remember when I used to go kayaking regularly. I badly want to get back into it thanks to these pictures
