Wow some nice, and $$, watches there.

I currently wear a TAG Heuer Link Automatic Calibre 6 that my wife bought for our wedding in 2007. I love it

What I really like is the window to the movement at the rear

I'm very big on my watches...currently have 2 x Tag Huer's...a Calibre 36 and a Formula (Indy 500). Pics at the below links...

    Formula (Indy 500)

Calibre 36 this is very close to mine except I have the chrome dials.

Other than the above, I have Citizen Eco-Drive

Interested to see what you guys all have!

Anyone ever had one of these?

I was tempted to get one of these last week. Did anyone here buy the one on eGay for $1600?
Seven dials. From the small pic can you tell what it is?

    Omega Flight Master???

Seems very antique like! Personally I distrust e-bay for high value items.

There's an Amvox down here at Hardy Brothers, was going for about $10k (I think cos it wasn't selling), very tempted but can't do it at the moment. What did you upgrade to?

I'm just finding it hard to find a watch with an automatic movement and a sweeping seconds hand. They seem to put that into a sub dial most of the time which means you miss out seeing what you actually paid for, THE MOVEMENT!

My experience is that buying watches here is grossly overpriced. I've been looking at a "cheap" Omega as a knock around watch and have been told that the RRP in Hong Kong is about 30-50% less than what is quoted here. That is before bargaining!!!
Pharkus, traded the Deep Sea for AP ROO. Been collecting Black watches lately. Got the IWC Top Gun, Panerai PAM28L which got the sweeping second hand you like, Graham Swordfish Black Knight, and my current fav, Tag Calibre36 RS2. Black Titanium with 1/10th sec Rotating Scale accuracy.

If anyone interested in the Bell & Ross, I know a good shop that can do good prices

You are wasting your lives with clockwork tick tock analogue bullshit.

CHECK DIS - Baaam! And it will do your tax return.

I don't/won't wear a watch. I'm too devastated when they get scratched.

Although this morning I noticed Grant Denyer (Sunrise weatherman / car racer) had a watch the size of his head on his wrist.
Looked a bit weird, but it still made him look like he's ballin.

ok - carry on gents. excuse me.
