    Whiteline vs H&R sway bars

    Hi All,

Just wanted to get everyone's opinion on the above sway bars. I want to get either of these for my Scirocco. Is there much difference between them peformance, quality etc?

Appreciate any feedback on this topic

    Regards,

The Whiteline bushings can become creaky over time. They are more suited to race applications where they are serviced/changed out often. I'm not sure if either of the bars are better than the other ie. H&R v Whiteline.

I've had Whiteline bars on several cars, including my R and am quite happy with them. Plus you're supporting a local manufacturer. I haven't had any issues with squeaking Whiteline bushes.

Try GSLRallysport in Qld as their prices are reasonable and includes free freight. Please note that I have no affiliation with GSLRallysport whatsoever.

I noticed the paint chipping on the whiteline bars on one of my previous car. It seemed like they did not have a quality powder coating finish. The actual bushing were quite and I never had an issue. I also bought their metal end links which only lasted a few months.
I don't know how they ride/handle vs other brands

Thanks for the input guys. Sounds like performance would be similar yet build quality seems to show differing opinions.

    +1

Also, the H&R bars are solid, whereas the whitelines are hollow IIRC...

    I've had both.
    My whiteline RSB brackets broke.
Save your pennies, buy quality straight up. Don't learn the hard way.
