Nice ride, bit of a sleeper. The planned mods are very similar to what i want to eventually do to my Scirocco.

    Swapped cars with Tom today.

While I was at work he gave mine a well needed detail.

    Here are the photos:

Huge thanks to him for taking the time to carefully wash the 35, very much appreciated!!

While he took mine, I took this for a spurt through the hills.

Sweet! My beast getting a run. It's good seeing other people enjoy my car as well as me. I enjoyed cleaning it man, an Edition 35 in the driveway! The pics I took seem to have been reduced in quality through the email..

I'm not sure now.. See what you think. I can give you the full-res ones on a USB stick if you want.

    El's BMP Edition 35

Ok no biggie but I did fuck up this "huge" moment! But I accidentally got some 8 rounded up anyway.

Congrats again Mr Elias. And welcome to the k04 club! It has been fun sharing the excitement and frustration while waiting for this to arrive.

    Cheers guys.

Sooooo... On Saturday, Marco and Tom were kind enough to spend time putting a few things on the 35.

One being a Revision C RNS510, the other was the Polar FIS (taken out of my mk5).

The Polar install was the same as the install procedure on the mk5.

The RNS install was the one they gave us a splash of trouble as time was against us and the GPS sensor was proving impossible to mount.

We strapped it to the back of the RNS however this proved futile as it could not locate the car on the map.

Tonight Marco helped by taping the sensor above the vents on the inside of my dash - this worked and I am receiving satellite signals now.

Anyways nothing too crash hot happening but I guess it has only been 2 weeks lol!
