Oh yeah I have one on the way haha, but I was of the belief that would only increase spool noise, not induction?

Not sure what "spool" sounds like, unless you've got a noisy impeller!

Ah ok, thanks, I didn't see that in the listing. My bad.

You're right, they do marginally increase spool noise, not necessarily induction. I've got the APR Muffler Delete and the VWR600 intake. It's quite loud, both spool and induction. In fact, I wouldnt want it any louder from an induction perspective. It's louder than the exhaust as it is (stock exhaust, but aftermarket downpipe). The VWR600 intake is known to be one of the quieter intakes as well, as it's fully enclosed and air snorkelled from the front bonnet area. The open type intakes would noticeably louder I think.

This is what people usually mean when they talk about a spool sound (the high pitched sound): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RCUwIsSf5UQ

This side of a T88H-34D you're not going to get that sound from a muffler delete lol

Haha, true, not quite that sound. But running Intake, and Muffler delete you can actually hear it. Running 25psi as well (via a tune) - it's actually fairly loud.

    Awesome Thanks for clarifying.

Got any in-car videos of your setup? I heard a couple R's the other day with DP and exhaust and they were far too loud for my liking :/ .. Starting to think maybe I should go Intake/Intercooler/DP and leave cat-back stock.

Yeah that's my current setup (Intake/IC/DP/Stock cat back). I don't have any in-car videos currently. If I get some time over the weekend I'll get up a ghetto camera mount and take some footage for you
