MK5 TDI 125kw - need more power. What next?

I'm looking for more power out of my Golf TDi 125kW. Most of the car is still stock, aside from the following:
    - An ECU Flash Tune
    - Removed rear muffler (to accommodate for the R32 rear bumper)

I'm looking at what the next logical modifications options are to extract more power out of the car. I'm not looking for major power, but just a bit more poke to what it has now.

    Open to your suggestions.

A Downpipe with a DPF Delete (if you have one) will yield you the most power next, but it will also require a Re-Tune. Then I guess an Intake and an Intercooler. After that it's Turbo time.

    Thanks VADERR

This might sound odd, but I'd like to retain the DPF. I had a BMW 530d without a DPF and it was smog city.

So down pipe, intercooler and turbo?

Anyone in Melbourne that anyone would recommend?

Volkswerke, DubAddiction, E-Tuners Melbourne, take your pick. :P

As for the DPF, if that isn't deleted, you won't get much gain.

I can't remember how much it cost me. It's been almost 2 years now.

If you've got a GT TDi, then I'm happy to share my tune and tuning software for you to flash (MPPS)

    I've got an 06 2.0 TDI, but it's not a GT

Also, I was under the impression you can't share tunes? Or are you talking about something different? Is an ECU Flash Tune different from the type of tune people talk about when referring to APR, Revo etc?

    Jacky,

Unfortunately, my tune won't work in your car. They're vastly different.

Mine was a download of the base map, and tweaked to produce more power. It's unencrypted and a bin file, so I'm sure it'll work on other GT TDi's

I don't know about Revo and APR but going back to my Subaru days, I know MRT ecutek use to encrypt their tunes, to prevent people from copying their tunes. I would imagine they'd be similar to protect their intellectual property.

Ohhh, I see. So this is pretty much your own modified tune of the base map? That now makes a bit more sense to me
