VWR Springs with spacers & 19" Cadiz's - Will fenders rub against tyre?

Installing a set of VWR Springs on my MK7R this week which has gloss black stock 19" cadiz's wheels. I'm putting in a pair of 10mm spacers for the front two rims because I'm getting a 4piston brembo big brake kit installed and the 10mm spacers will clear the cadiz rims at the front. I'm planning on installing 15mm spacers for the rears since that is usually the combo people go for and having the wheels flush with the guards at the rear should look clean. My question is - if I'm running VWR Springs and 10mm front spacers & 15mm rear spacers, will there be any rubbing or hitting of the wheels against the guards/fenders? Do I need to get my guards rolled? anyone running a spring/spacer set-up on their MK7R?

    Thanks!

    I have VWR springs and 10mm front / 17.5mm rear spacers on MK7 R

Do the fender screw mod on the front and you'll be fine.

Yeah man I think the 20mm'ish drop from VWR springs along with 10mm fronts spacers and 15mm rear spacers should be sweet and safe.

He's referring to the specs for the ECS flush kit being the same as the specs I just gave you.

A quick search and you'll see there's nothing unsafe about this setup at all, and there are plenty of people using it.

You'll have no issues with 10 front / 15 rear. Just make sure you get good quality longer bolts - don't cheap out on them. Best to get hubcentric spacers as well, instead of flat, if you haven't already.

Cheers Daniel! Yeah man 10 fronts and 15 rears should be sweet I hope and will look neat with the springs. So excited for my brembo 4piston BBK, VWR springs & spacers to be installed next week!

Per above mate, the flush kit from ECS comes with all you need to do the job.

Not sure if the pic worked, if it did it is what mine looks like.

    Gee

Note: Pic will open if you right click it.
