Recommendations? supply and fit replacement mk5 stereo Chadstone Vic area

Hi everyone

I'm located in the South East of Melbourne, near Chadstone.
I'm hoping there may be recommendations for someone to supply and fit a replacement stereo/headunit to my mk5.
Doesn't have to be a VW item.
I'm hoping to replace stock with a touchscreen, cable, apple carplay, android auto, BT, retain steering wheel controls, anti battery drain etc etc .
DAB would be super nice.

I can see all sorts on Gumtree etc...recommendations are always really valuable and greatly appreciated.
