    What's Your Favourite Restaurant?

Following from the take away topic, what are peoples favorite restaurant and what type of food is generally on the menu?

    Kelly's Bar & Grill @ Bondi Junction
Best steak in Sydney that I've found, and when you order mains, you get a free sweet bread which is amazing (so popular that you can now buy the bread in take home packs, lol)!

Pilu at freshwater is always stunning.

The 6 course banquet at Mino in Mosman is amazing value for the quality of food you get.

Felix is great for a long lunch.

I waste nearly as much eating out as I do on my car. Favourites (Sydney) would be:
    - Pilu at Freshwater (Italian)
    - Universal (moden Asian fusion)
    - Four in Hand (pub)
    - Assiette (french)

    Bit more casual:
    - Ms G's (asian)
    - Verde (italian)
    - Toko (japanese)
    - Longgrain (thai)

    Most overrated:
    - Aria!

I could go on but they are just some of the recent visits. There are so many great options for dining out in Sydney.

The new Merivale offering? Is it worth checking out?

My Favourite is Selah in Circular Quay:

    http://www.selah.com.au/

Been there 4 times now and everything is immaculate, service is great and its a cosy atmosphere. You can see the meals being prepared to which is great. The desserts are easily my favourite!

Bistro Bruno is great too http://bistrobruno.com.au/

My 1 year wedding anniversary is coming up soon and was thinking of taking the wife to "Quay", has anyone been here? Food looks very drool worthy.

Yum@ Forgot about that beauty! Small portions but everything I had there was like a party in my mouth.

Quay is pretty good. I thought Marque's food was better, but Quay is a much nicer spot.

Steak - Has to be Neil Perry's Rockpool Bar & Grill. The grain fed is absolutely on the money.

Ribs - Definitely Kelly's Grill over Hurricanes - even when Kelly's has a bad night, the basting sauce is still better.

Seafood - Sushi Train in Maroubra or Bondi Junction is my weekly seafood intake and no-one does fish and chips better that MOHR FISH in Surry Hills.

Japanese - Sushi Train and Ichi Ban Boshi's cheese curry so naughty, tan tan tsukumen so good. Wagaya when you want to eat as well as get wasted.

Indonesian - I hate the fancy places, trying too hard. Shalom on Anzac Parade in Kingsford. Dirty street style food that comes served in plastic bowls, perfect! Try the Ayam Bakar Bali, very nice.

Chinese - Kensington Peking on Anzac Parade. Hands down best Chinese in Sydney. Excellent Seafood Restaurant in Carlingford is great too and of-course Din Tai Fung.

    French - Taste Vin.

    German - Unas.

    Vietnamese - Pho An Bankstown.

Vegetarian - Yuli's on Crown St. Eggplant dish is the best.

    Lebanese - El Jannah’s!
