You should be able to get a quicker time that with a Fairmont.......drive it off a cliff......

AP's time is going to be the best so might as well start there. 3.49secs IIRC, but not sure if recorded in a P3 (Does it to be via a P3 to qualify for listing?)

    My best is 4.1secs.

7.1s in my performance wise stock manual GTI, think I can break into the high 6s considering I timed it off the freeway traffic lights and was a bit cautious lol. Has anyone noticed that the P3 speed option reads significantly less than the MFD? Almost 10kmh less.. so not sure how accurate the readings would be then?

I noticed this sometime ago and believe it to be deliberate on VW's half. I first noticed it during a long trip to Queensland, where I was sitting on 110kmh on cruise. I reset the MFD info (i.e. Avg fuel, avg speed etc) and found that even though I was on 110, the avg speed knew the car was only doing 104 It is also confirmed by the GPS in my car that I am doing 104. I can only think that VW do this for some leeway in speedo readout and that the P3 is taking the reading straight from the ECU and thus more accurate.

My best in my R was 4.54.
