    Your favourite lens?

I recently bought a Canon 135mm f/2.8 SF (can't afford the f/2L) and I like it. Haven't taken many photos yet but I haven't used telephoto lenses at all so I think this might open up a lot of creativity for me! Thus far, I think my favourite is the Sigma 30mm f/1.4. I'm starting to sell my zooms off and slowly replacing them with primes; after using the primes, I just can't go back to a zoom (and I can't afford L lenses).

    What's your favourite lens?

Wow, up nice and early Ray

    Anyways I have to say I LOVE my Canon 17-55mm f/2.8 EF-S...
The picture quality of this lens paired with the 7D is amazing to say the least.
I know its not the cheapest set up out there (and that there are alternatives like Sigma, Tamron, etc), but I think its definitely worth every cent.

I've used my friend's 30mm and 50mm prime lenses a few times and I must say I fell in love with the bokeh.
But I dont think I can live with a fixed focal length for everyday use!

Now I'm trying to save up for a 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM but it ain't going well

My Canon 50mm f/1.8 is my favourite lens by far, the only gripe I have is that I run a cropped sensor so the focal length can be a bit of a challenge in some situations. That aside, the quality of image produced with this lens is amazing especially when considering the price.

I think a 24-70 will be my next purchase however, I've seen some amazing images come out of that lens.
