I hate going to local car washes, they do such a bad job.
The westfield one slightly better, but still for what they are charging, it is not great.

On the topic of dealers and car washing...I washed mine and gave it a coat of meguiars on Sunday. Car was absolutely spotless (minus the few paint swirls which I will get done someday...lol)
Car went in on Tuesday still very clean, when I got it back the dealer had run a dirty chamois over it and left it all streaky with crap on the windows and paint. I couldn't believe it.
All they do is run it through their car wash and BAM! There goes all your hard work.
The Holden dealership I use to work at (as a salesman) use to do this

Na, not Ultimate detail.
It was more of a custom one which involved a full detail + Stage 2 polish and other little bits here and there.
