nice mate!!!! i got the prices for the 5D in hk

27,000 which = 3200 AUD...

my best friends brother in law works at fortress so he's already got my 5D pre-ordered for when it arrives.. but yeh go the lens.. its nice!!!!

Don't tempt me Robby....already went yesterday and bought a watch (not much research thinking my mate did all the thinking...bad thought). Got the ok for the 70-200 2.8 IS II so would really be pushing it for a body as well!

Lots of drool for this - I've been waiting for a year and a half for it to come out! It's been on my budget since forever at $4K Megapixel count is perfect - high enough without being complete overkill like the Nikon is.. Means better light sensitivity, which is incredibly important for me hand-held flash-less shooting indoor for me!

Now the debate starts over whether to grey import or not, but really, at AUS$3800, who can argue!
