looking at buying a 98 CL 1.8l golf

gday guys,

Im going to look at a 98 CL 1.8l golf auto on thursday and was just wondering if there was anything i need to look out for as this will be my first golf. it has only done 115,000kms. any info would be great.

Regular car things. I.e maintenance etc.

Golf Specific: Window regulators (if they are power), rust in hatch, bottom of doors, heater core. Just about the main things, might be some more things CL related that i don't know about.

Jump on Vwwatercooled too, bit more mk3 activity there.
