You are all aware that VW have moved to a "corporate image" across all of their cars to differentiate themselves against Audi?

After the MK5 GTI got closer to the Audi "kidney grille" shape they pegged it back, that's why they hired that Italian dude to do the MK6.

Plus them aiming to be the biggest car company in the world, they gotta make it for the masses. Why do you think the Jetta looks like a Camry? So boring ass family people will buy them.

Also if you trawl back through the forums many years, you will see countless posts of people saying "The Golf 4 is ugly!", "The Golf 5 is crap!" "The Golf 6 is shithouse", "MK2 FTW!" etc etc.

I'm going to reserve judgement till a showroom. Twin Scroll GTD is blardy tempting!

I'm just assuming it will be a bigger version of the current polo Gti. Bit more edgey.
to replicate the effect you'd have to push the pedal extremely fast to at least 50% throttle, and then fast, but not quite as fast as before to say 70-75%, and then a bit slower to say 85% - all in the time it takes me to push my pedal down 20-25% max

I like both renderings but prefer the front on the Wheels rendering and the rear on the Carmagazine concept

I also like Vanilla ice cream and enjoy sleeping, YAWN!!!

The rear looks like an Alfa on the Carmagazine concept. Any pics of the ecu for Golda??

If they want Alfa like rear end, they should do it as well as the Julietta. That one looks cool.

the mk 7 doesnt seem to be a massive change is it? on the outside look i mean. Since the MK6 didnt REAAALLLY have a facelift, is the mk 7 our facelift? :P it looks kind of too similar to actually change
