HELP

HI Guys.
My car now idles like a wrx (this is no gee up), Its has lost a lot of power (like a 2 cylinder) and shakes to buggery.
I have a check engine light but dont have VAGCOM so have no idea what cel its thrown. Im going to guess its my coil packs but this is only a guess. She has 89000 on the clock with stage 2.
Can anyone shed some light.....Any ideas?

Coils. If it started missing all of a sudden.

Hey Lucas.
I was on the freeway sitting on 100 in 5th then put it back into 4th and gave it a boot to over take then lost power immediately and then the CEL was flashing. Now she has the hippy hippy shakes....

Forgot to ask is it safe to drive a short distance to the mechanic if it is a coil issue? I suppose i can ask BWA tomorrow morning....
