    I disagree. This is the first dyno i have seen on this Forum that has derived. Most of the time you see KW at the wheels and torque calculated at the engine. Actually, its basically standard. And that dyno would not have been in the 5xx at the fly wheel. No way.

    Ben, you are 100% correct.

    Unless specified, I always try to have the actual wheel torque on the dyno sheet, both in numbers and graph format that way it's very clear what the car is doing. It's a custom setting and of course it's lower than the numbers calculated at the engine, and lower numbers arent as 'sexy' as big numbers.

    I do from time to time have the calculated number up but that might be for a customer to compare with the last time the car was on a dyno somewhere else, that way there is continuity of where the car was and where it is now. Otherwise calculated numbers are pretty much for cheat beating only.
