For those who don't have time for that, here's a brief overview:
Test vehicle was a new silver, clear coated vehicle. Paintwork was sanded, polished, decontaminated. A tape line was made up the centre of the car and the drivers side including glass and trim was Opti-Coated.
Over the following 2 years, the vehicle was washed with dishwashing liquid, taken through tunnel washes and basically abused.
After 2 years and just short of 63,000 miles, here is a video showing the final update. At 2:22 you'll particularly see the coating still beading strong over the bonnet and other areas further in the video with a clear line down the centre of the car showing the unprotected area. This is the longest running third party test to date.
