    Hello from the Eastern Suburbs in Sydney

    My name is Patrick, I live in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. I bought my 2009 Mk6 118TSI Golf second hand back in July last year (2011). I love the car apart from the few mishaps that have happened to it. I have not thought about any Mods as yet, but would be interested in seeing what others have to get an idea.

    I have been a long time fan of VW and I finally had the chance to buy my first car on my own so I decided to go with the golf. As I had always heard good things about them and I enjoy know that I am safe. I can honestly safe that the Golf on a couple of times has proved its ability to overcome situations that other cars would have not coped, I really enjoy the fuel economy once you are the open road and the agility it has in the Sydney traffic.

    I have been on the forum since December I just have not posted in here as yet. I thought I would give it ago.

    I’m glad I found this sit when my car broke down and it also helps to pass the long night shifts at work.

    I do hope to meet some of the Forum members on a cruise soon. If you are ever around the Eastern Suburbs in Sydney look out for a Shark Blue TSI with the number plate ending in 1RO.

    Welcome...but OMGGGGG! I never knew that there was a suburb full of bunnies giving out chocolate eggs! thats freaking awesome....well and creepy as well if u have kids and theres big furry monsters giving chocolate haha
