Sorry for not responding to everyone quickly, work has been really busy recently and i have had little time near a computer. Before i was able to post up pics of the car, the worst thing happened last night, were a car crashed into mine while i was turning right at a roundabout. The idiot driver didnt brake and tried to go through the roundabout while i was turning. So now after just having the car for 2 weeks its totalled. Im currently waiting on the insurance to see if it was a write off, but is there a way or method to push for a write off instead of repair?

I dont think you can push for a write off. You just have to pray that the assessor guy dude is nice and say here have a new car money

The damage is really bad looks like chassis damage, radiator damage, engine damage, wouldn't let me go into gear 1, reverse, 3 or 5. Ill try post some pictures i took of it prior and after the crash.

Hi Sean, sad to see damage done so soon...there is half a chance that it will be a "financial write-off".

As in, of course it can be repaired but cost to do so may outweigh them doing payout net selling damaged car. So fingers crossed, you get payout for a new car...
