Also this may sound like a stupid question but can I put a bov on the 1.8t motor?

I think 1.8lt engine comes with BOV or Diverter Valve. you can very clearly hear the sound if you get up early and drive around.

I'd be fitting everything you can out of the front cut. Immobilisers can be defeated if need be....... Leave that BOV idea, as an idea and go with a new diverter valve. You could probably make the Climate Control work but you need all the diagrams for both systems. I am thinking too hard basket.

This has been done a couple of times on VWWatercooled. Stan did it and there's one just gone to Camden GTI IIRC.

She's all done. Been running for about 2 and a half months. Best thing I could have done!! Done it all at home in the backyard and got it all vicroads approved

Hey mate I was looking into doing this to my 1.6 and was wondering a couple of things like, climate control-does it involve taking dash out? If you get a half car is it possible to install central locking? And lastly do you have to change ignition barrel for coded key?

Nice work dude. Noticed your still running steelies, you didn't upgrade the brakes? thought that would have been required with the engine
