What is Lower Engine Mount Insert?

Hi guys, I'm a noob. What is this? Where will it get fitted in a car? What does it do? Does it cost much to get it fitted ie. lifting the engine up? I purchased Milltek dp and it comes with this.

It makes the engine move less therefore more efficient delivery from the motor to the wheels, our engine mounts are soft to improve the comfort of the car, changing mounts generally stiffens it up sometimes causing vibrations, depending how stiff u go. You got the 70a kit, you'll barely notice it

Hop in my teg, on cold start the whole dash viberates coz u know race car..

Interesting that Milltek ship those with their DPs. I wonder if it is to help reduce warranty claims by reducing strain on flex joints etc.

My Milltek DP arrived this morning & is waiting at home to be unpacked ... I'll let you know if they included one in mine!

Came with my turbo back. But perhaps this is an ATPG thing, rather than Miltek.
