You will also need new mounting bolts for the TTS engine cover as the stock Golf R ones are too bit and in the wrong location.

Hi Stefan - the TTS cover is actually very simple to install on the Golf R. Takes 10 minutes at the most. You just need the 3x new mounting bolts (part numbers above) and it clips straight on - perfect fit.

Here is a picture of it on my car:

The TTRS doesnt have a cover. It runs naked but has a muuuch better looking engine + the intake manifold is beautiful.

We arent trying to pretend we have an Audi or anything like that, its more to cover up the butt ugly (and dodgy looking) bare engine, and the TTS cover is a nice shape, fits perfectly and is only $200.

It's doable for sure, but a lot of work.

Have a look here: part numbers, and lot of pictures: http://forums.fourtitude.com/showthr...ver&p=66322161

Have you considered TID Styling engine cover?

Do you have a price on those? Quite rad but actually OK.

I saved $20 on the cover because i got a trade discount - but you would spend that in postage getting it down to you in Melb. I think your best bet is to get in touch with Goran (look for his thread in the "parts for sale" area. I think he is selling the cover + mounting bolts for $230 which is within about $10 of what i paid.

You can get the TTS cover and bolts from BKS Tuning in Germany for US $149 plus about US$44 postage.
    Mine landed for $192 Australian.
    Postage took about 3-4 weeks.
