I do believe mine has arrived too, my work associate said there was a box about 1metre in length on my desk hehe (wish I was home to check it out and fit it and live the new noises).

Not installed yet Rob, it's still on its way from the UK then I'll take this intake, the WALK I've got here and the pipes back to Marks WS for the install and stage 2 tune all at once. Hoping by the end of July. I'm just hoping that the intake isn't going to be louder to me than the exhaust. But I'd best not get OT here with exhausts. Ben says this intake is quieter than a few of the others.

Received the intake today, was a bit scared to fiddle on my car, but it was easy, very easily
    Fitted
definitely some new sounds coming from the engine, some heavy breathing!
Only thing I noticed is the lip of the filter doesn't fit tight up against the filter box ( only on front side)
But hose is clamped on tight, so all air is passing through the filter regardless
Awesome to here mate. You should be able to loosen the clamp and hold the filter housing steady with 1 hand and push the filter hard up against it and then tighten the clamp. The Filter housing should be firmly in place if you have installed the rubber grommets correctly. Glad your happy? How does it feel?

Yeah, at first i put the rubber grommets on the engine side (too eager), so it didn't 'clip' in, but have since put them into the box side, and its all tight and snug now, and tube is flush against the filter, sounds good - some nice breathing noises, but not excessive

There's no way how this could be the case G, the sound of the exhaust will basically take over the intake sound,

I want to see those 35 engraved tips!!!!

Thanks Ben for the heat shield, arrived yesterday, which is when I arrived from OS (and sure enough, the giant box at my desk was the CAI). Loving the size of the filter for the CAI, huuuge.
My Audi engine cover should come shortly too, decided not to butcher up a VW cover (but if anyone wants to butcher one up, there is a guy here or VWWcooled called "Oli" I believe with a cracked cover (cracked in the lower air-cleaner bit, rather than the top) which he would likely part with for less since it has the crack, I was thinking of going that way at first, but the audi cover fits well without having to do a hatchet job.
