View Full Version : R20 Replica Headlights

31-10-2012, 11:01 PM

I reviewed a set of R20 Replica Headlights and this triggered quite a bit of interest amongst the forum asking for purchasing information.

My friend made contact with the supplier and the supplier is only willing to manufacture and ship a minimum of 5 RHD sets. The headlight housing is made to fit HID's with absolutely no splicing or cutting of wires. Bear in mind these do not have the auto-adaptive levelling features however you can adjust using the lever inside the cabin.

So the price is AUD$790 which includes R20 replica headlights for halogen mk6, 5k or 6k color temp HID lights with ballasts [error free] and shipping to your door.

Warranty: In regards to warranty, for whatever reason if there is a defect I will be your main contact person and will rectify the issue with the supplier. However the supplier will not cover shipping costs to and from him. If you are wanting to send the light back (at your cost), I am willing to pay for the shipping from him to you but be aware that he is the supplier, not me, so assembly time may be a couple of weeks which is beyond my control. Defects will have a replacement headlight..

For this Group Buy to work I need min. 5 serious buyers.

Please PM me or reply to this thread and I will record your interest. Once we hit the min. order I will request for payment and notify the supplier. Production, assembly and shipping will take approx. 3-4 weeks in which during this time I will keep you posted and issue a tracking # once I receive one.

Let me know if you are interested

They look really good! I saw them on Mochi's car last weekend,

They're great. Actually very easy to install. Its my first time really installing anything on a car and the few issues I had installing was removing a clip when pulling down the front bar (did it in a garage at night, didn't notice a tab to push down on), removing the wiring loom from stock lamps (holy crap that was a bitch) and figuring out where to put the ballasts and wiring.
